7/11/2004 02:15:00 PM|||Joe|||Wow. Everything's happened so fast. One day, I was subsisting, barely, with an $8/hr job. I'm extremely indebted to Lisa & Pat. Things got rough here and there, but their generosity has been amazing.

Then all those hours spent filling out seemingly meaningless online forms started to pay off. I got a flood (ok, a promising burst) of interviews. Then I got an offer and I accepted. 1 1/2 weeks later, I'm putting down deposits for an apartment. I'm moving into the place 2 days before I start at West.

I threw out a lot of stuff in my last move, so I don't have much. Which is good and bad. No clutter: good. No furniture: bad. I know I can get a sofa at Goodwill for $20, but I'm a little leery of that.

This is all a couple weeks away, but considering how fast the last three months passed, it'll be on me before I know it.

It's been a while since I lived completely on my own. This will be good.

Anyone out there? I could use some ideas for the furniture situation. I'm effectively broke, what with all the deposits and rent.|||108958230819208173|||Moving
