Wow, they're really pushing this line. It was kind of implied before, but now they're just saying it.
The irony is astounding. 9/11 happened under Bush-Cheney's watch. No excuses—I'm sick of people trying to blame it on Clinton. For a White House that pledged to bring dignity and accountability back to the office, they've done a poor job.
