9/07/2004 10:15:00 PM|||Joe|||Finally got some exercise today. Jogged on the treadmill here at my apartment. Had to give my lungs a month or so to heal up after I quit smoking.

Felt good, even though I only went for about 15 mins. Gotta ease into it.

Now if I could just find someone to play tennis with. There's a court here, about 100 yards from where I live, but no one I know has a racquet. The guy I used to play lives in San Diego. Just as well, though, cuz he always kicked my sorry ass.

That or racquetball would be good. But I don't want to pay to play.|||109462055777082007|||Exercise
